Click on the link above to access the online registration site. Please note - If you are new to the district (have never had a student in our district before) you will create an account (the option on the right of the registration screen). You will need to have access to your email address in order to complete the registration process. If you have an existing student in the district and need to enroll a new one, or had a student in our district and are moving back, you would use your existing Synergy portal account to register the student. If you do not know your Synergy portal access information, please contact the Registrar at 207-929-2326 or [email protected]
Tips for using the online enrollment form: Please make sure your pop-up blockers are turned off. It is NOT recommended to do this on your phone as it will be too small to read. For step-by-step directions on completing the application online please click here.
Important information regarding immunization records needed for enrollment:
All children enrolled in a public or private school in Maine MUST have the following immunizations. Students will not be enrolled without proof of the following required immunizations or required exception documentation noted below.
Required for PreK entry: 4 DTaP, 3 Polio,1 MMR,1 Varicella (chickenpox)
Required for Kindergarten entry:5 DTaP(4 DTap if 4th is given on or after 4th birthday),4 Polio(3 Polio if the 3rd is given on or after the 4th birthday),2 MMR(measles, mumps, rubella) and2 Varicella (chickenpox)
Required for 7th grade entry: All previously listed vaccines above, 1 Tdap, 1 Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine (MCV4)
Required for 12 grade entry:All previously listed vaccines above, 2 MCV4(only one dose is required if the 1st dose is given on or after 16th birthday)
OR
~ Medical exception for one or all vaccines
~ Laboratory evidence of immunity to specific diseases or reliable history of disease documented by a physician or other primary care provider
~ Philosophical or religious exemptions are only allowable for students with an IEP and exemption in place prior to September 1, 2021
Each immunization entry must include the vaccine type, date administered and the name of the provider. As of September 1, 2021 only medical exemptions are allowed except as described in Title 20-A §6355

Please make sure you bring the following with you for registration purposes:
* Birth certificate
* Immunization records
* Proof of residency, consisting of two forms of current documentation with physical address, such as:
> Recent Maine Driver's License with a physical address
> Maine Vehicle Registration or other credential
> Utility Bill - electric bill, water/sewer bill, cell phone bill, etc.
> Maine Resident Hunting and or Fishing License
> Mortgage agreement, lease, insurance policy, insurance ID card
> Tax bill
> Voter registration form
> Paycheck stub
> Doctor Bill
* Court Issued custody paperwork (only if applicable)
* For High School Students: Copy of last report or Transcript from former school
